Mama’s Backyard Bootcamp
The gist: Meet up with other Mamas for some socializing and sweating! Bring at least one large water bottle and a yoga mat.
The workout: we will be doing a 20 minute power yoga and primal movement program that not only burns calories, but builds strength, mobility and flexibility. Get the benefits of cardio, strength training and mindset in an all inclusive workout with no equipment! All levels welcome; modifications available
